Business Planning

Many people feel that business planning only needs to happen at the beginning of your journey, but setting objectives throughout your career is the best way to make sure you don’t get sidelined by projects that you don’t find fulfilling.

There are so many ways to set goals, or clarify your vision for your business. You probably already have in your mind an idea of your long and shorter term goals. The hard part is the middle bit of how to navigate from where you are to where you want to be.

My approach to business planning draws on several schools of thought. I absolutely believe that you have to be ready to put in the hard work, but I also see that laying the path towards those goals sometimes needs some really simple practical steps. My no-nonsense planning builds in plenty of time to check in whether things are working, whether it feels right, and sometimes, whether you want to change direction completely.

Whatever your business goals are; whether you’re ready to scale up, or want to find a better way to manage production, we’ll work together to draw up a masterplan of how to make it happen.
